Argh I know two blog posts in one day! Madness!
But this deserves a mention....
I follow NoirNouvelle's blog - and so should you - and she's doing the 28 for 28 challenge inspired by the Frugal February post on Big Girls Browse.
Anyone willing to take the pledge?
I definitely need to. I've become too spoilt living at home for Uni. Too many unnecessary shopping purchases and too much complacency with my student loan.
I’ll stick clothes/accessories, make-up, magazines, books and shoes on this list. The only exception will be London Fashion Weekend (27th Feb), c’mon it’s a SHOPPING event and I would’ve saved some money before hand. I’ll use the rule that I’m allowed to spend on going out (with my friend’s show coming up and catch up’s with friends still at home)
So here goes….
"I vow, for one month from 1st Feb, to avoid shopping for anything other than essentials."
There. I said it. It’s in writing. Oh God help me.
