Trying to satisfy my vintage craving, this dress is adorable from the pattern to the little scalloped detail on the collar. AND it's under £30. I'm thinking waiting till the summer and hoping it'll be in the topshop mid-season sale...or maybe just splashing out and buying it ;D.
